WE SHIP WORLDWIDE:
We deliver to most of the countires around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.
Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents DHL / FEDEXetc will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

Shipping Charges are generally displayed at the checkout. We do offer free shipping if transaction amount exceeds 100 USD
CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES:
The Vat/Custom duty/Local Taxes/Import duties are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner.

TIME TO SHIP:
Shipping days are mentioned on each product. Our average time of shipping is within 10 -15 working days.
DELAY IN DELIVERY:
We try our best to deliver orders on time. However, due to unforeseen situations, holidays etc, we shall not refund, return or exchange any product.
In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock Tathastu.com shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product
